Ingredients

50 g flour
30 g melted butter
150 g light cream
2 eggs
140 g drained peas
75 g diced ham
70 g grated Gruyère
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste

4.Fill Moulds: Pour the mixture into mini cannelé moulds, filling them about two-thirds full.

5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Cool: Allow the cannelés to cool for 30 minutes before unmolding. Serve at room temperature.
